RALLY AT THE REEF — Registration & Cancellation Policy
Rally at the Reef | Maui, Hawaii | December 1–3, 2026

By registering for Rally at the Reef, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Registration is $1,450 per participant and does not include airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, or other travel expenses unless specifically stated otherwise.
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Your registration is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining $950 balance is due October 1, 2026. Registrations made after October 1, 2026 must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Because space is limited, registrations are reserved on a first-paid basis.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited size of the camp and the advance costs required to produce the event:
• The $500 registration deposit is non-refundable.
For amounts paid beyond the deposit:
• Cancellations on or before October 1, 2026: payments made beyond the $500 deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations after October 1, 2026: all payments are non-refundable.
• No-shows, late arrivals, early departures, injuries, illness, travel delays, flight cancellations, or changes in personal circumstances are not eligible for refunds or credits.
• If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible participant at no additional charge through November 15, 2026, subject to approval by Rally at the Reef.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that provides coverage appropriate for your individual circumstances.

HOTEL & TRAVEL
• Hotel accommodations and airfare are not included in the camp registration fee.
• A special group rate has been arranged at Hyatt Regency Maui for November 30–December 4, 2026, subject to availability and the hotel's individual booking terms.
• Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own airfare, accommodations, ground transportation and other travel-related expenses.
• Rally at the Reef is not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, missed connections, lost luggage, hotel charges or other travel disruptions.

WEATHER & SCHEDULE CHANGES
• Rally at the Reef is an outdoor sporting event. Camp schedules, court assignments, activities, coaches and programming may be adjusted when reasonably necessary due to weather, court conditions, safety concerns, availability or circumstances outside our control.
• In the event of rain or wind, every reasonable effort will be made with the venue to adjust or reschedule affected court time when possible.
• No refunds will be issued for portions of the camp affected by weather or other circumstances outside Rally at the Reef's reasonable control.

EVENT CANCELLATION OR FORCE MAJEURE
• If Rally at the Reef must cancel the entire camp for reasons within its control, participants will receive a refund of camp registration fees paid.
• If the event cannot proceed because of circumstances outside Rally at the Reef's reasonable control—including severe weather, natural disaster, government restrictions, public-health emergencies or other force-majeure events—Rally at the Reef may reschedule the event or provide a future camp credit where reasonably possible.
• Rally at the Reef is not responsible for participants' airfare, hotel charges or other travel expenses resulting from an event cancellation or rescheduling.

PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
• Pickleball and related fitness activities involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, each camper acknowledges these risks and confirms that they are physically able to participate safely.
• All participants will be required to complete applicable liability waivers and participant releases before participating in camp activities, including any waiver required by Ohana Pickleball Club.
• Failure to complete required waivers may result in inability to participate without refund.
• Participants are responsible for following instructions from coaches and venue staff and for conducting themselves in a safe and respectful manner.
• Rally at the Reef reserves the right to remove a participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or materially interferes with the experience of other campers. Removal for misconduct will not result in a refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
• Photography and video may be captured throughout Rally at the Reef for promotional, editorial and social-media purposes.
• By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in event photography or video. Any required publicity or likeness release will be included in the participant waiver.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and equipment. Rally at the Reef is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.

PROGRAM & COACH CHANGES
• While Rally at the Reef intends to provide the coaches, programming, activities and amenities advertised, reasonable substitutions or modifications may be necessary due to illness, injury, travel disruption or other circumstances outside our control.
• Such reasonable changes do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.
